Customer Service Representative – The Customer Service Representative position is responsible for, but not limited to, landing backhaul opportunities, aggressively scouting the valley for dirt brokering opportunities and connecting opportunities together.  The position will work with and grow existing customer accounts and new business. This position is responsible for a variety of duties, while focusing on providing excellent customer service along with enhancing long term relationships.
Minimum Requirements: 2 years work experience & high school diploma or equivalent. Friendly, personable, outgoing person with strong phone skills and a good understanding of the importance of customer service. Good communication & computer skills, with the ability to type a minimum of 30 wpm.

Construction

Estimator – The Cost Estimator position is responsible for, but not limited to, analyzing blueprints & other documents to prepare time, cost, materials & labor estimates, preparing and maintaining a directory of suppliers, contractors and subcontractors, and recording job site information about access, drainage and topography, and availability of services such as water and electricity.  The position will consult with clients, vendors, personnel in other departments or construction foreman to discuss and formulate estimates and will also confer with engineers, architects, owners, contractors and subcontractors on changes and adjustments to cost estimates.
Minimum Requirements: 5 years work experience & Bachelor’s degree. Strong math & analytical skills, as well as an eye for detail. Experience estimating Federal projects, including IDIQ, and LEED AP certified.

Systems Administrator – Description Ideal candidate will be responsible for providing effective administration, management and monitoring of the Company network. This position is also responsible for understanding, implementing, and end user support for vertical business applications. Must have SQL experience.
Minimum Requirements: Network administration Phone systems administration (VoIP) Windows Active directory environment (VBS) Application support such as Microsoft office, accounting systems and other vertical applications Database administration must have SQL experience visual basic .NET SQL Reporting services a plus.
