Impact Sand & Gravel has been based in Las Vegas since 1997, and giving back here is part of how the company has always run. Below are the nonprofit partners we support, the ways we show up, and how community groups can reach us.
Impact Sand & Gravel is a Las Vegas company. Our trucks run these streets. Our crews live in these neighborhoods. When a family in the valley is working through addiction, reentry, or a crisis at home, those are our neighbors. That is a big part of why a family-owned business has stuck around for nearly 30 years and still answers the phone locally.
We focus our giving on partners who do slow, unglamorous work with real people: free camps for at-risk and foster kids, recovery and restoration programs, and holiday support for families that would otherwise go without. The programs on this page are where our sponsorship dollars, volunteer hours, and in-kind support go.
We are a sand and gravel company. We are not experts in social work. So we keep our framework for community impact simple and let the partners do what they do best.
We have been supplying sand, gravel, and soil in Las Vegas since 1997. The valley is our customer base, our crew base, and our neighborhood. Community impact starts where we actually live and work.
We partner with nonprofits that put hours and hands into people. Youth camps, recovery, and restoration are programs we can point to and describe without a brochure.

A Christian camp and retreat center in Cedar City, Utah, that runs free summer camps for at-risk and foster youth from Southern Nevada and Southern Utah. It was founded in honor of Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Sgt. Henry Prendes, who died in the line of duty in 2006.
ISG is a supporting partner of Henry's Place and its free summer camp program.
Many of the campers come from Southern Nevada, the same valley we deliver to every day, and the camp costs their families nothing.
One of the most established on-the-ground social service networks in Southern Nevada. Emergency shelter, food programs, adult rehabilitation, and holiday family support for Las Vegas families in crisis.
ISG is a supporting partner of the Salvation Army in Southern Nevada, including its holiday Angel Tree program.
They are already in every neighborhood in the valley we deliver to. Supporting them means the help lands where it is needed without a new nonprofit infrastructure.
A faith-based restoration program for women coming out of human trafficking and sexual exploitation. Long-term residential care, counseling, life skills, and vocational training.
ISG is a supporting partner of the Refuge for Women program in Las Vegas.
This work is slow, quiet, and expensive. Running it well takes years of stable funding. We give because helping one woman recover can change things for her whole family.
The clearest way we turn partnership into outcomes is inside our own hiring. Our Second Chance Program opens roles on our crews to people coming out of incarceration, recovery, and reentry work. Some of our longest-tenured employees came to us through that door. Driving, loading, dispatch, yard work. Real jobs with real paychecks and a team that knows their story.
