The terms that cover your use of impactsandandgravel.com, along with quotes, product information, and content you find on the site. Last updated April 22, 2026.
By visiting or using impactsandandgravel.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please stop using the site. These terms apply to everyone who browses the site, fills out a form, uses the material calculator, or otherwise interacts with anything we publish here.
We do our best to keep material specs, product availability, and pricing information on this site accurate and up to date. That said, quarry stock shifts, freight costs move, and specs get revised. Anything you see on the site can change without notice. Before you place an order, call (702) 597-1010 to confirm current pricing, availability, and specs for your specific project.
Phone quotes and online form quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and current conditions at the time of the call. They are not a binding price or a guarantee of availability. Final pricing, tonnage, and delivery terms are confirmed at the time of order, in writing, on the order confirmation or invoice.
Product photos, color swatches, sample images, and written descriptions on this site are provided to help you picture what a product looks like. Rock, sand, gravel, and soil are natural materials. Colors and sizing vary from batch to batch and can look different on screen than they do in person. If color match is important for your project, ask for a physical sample before ordering.
All content on this site, including text, photography, graphics, logos, product names, trademarks, and the overall design and structure, is owned by Impact Sand & Gravel or licensed to us. You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial reference. You may not copy, republish, redistribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
The site and everything on it is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or availability of the site or its content. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Impact Sand & Gravel and its owners, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages that result from your use of this site or your reliance on anything posted here. This includes lost profits, lost data, or project delays, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory. Our total liability for any claim related to this site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).
Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
The actual terms that apply to your order, including product, tonnage, pricing, delivery window, payment terms, and any jobsite-specific requirements, live on the order confirmation or invoice we send you, not on this website. If anything on the site is different from what is on your order paperwork, your order paperwork controls.
These Terms of Service and any dispute arising out of your use of this site are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and by using the site you agree to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after we post a change means you accept the updated terms. Significant changes will be called out more clearly.
If any part of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the rest of the terms stay in full effect. The unenforceable part will be adjusted to the minimum extent needed to make it enforceable, without changing the intent of the original language.
