CDL drivers and owner-operators running end-dumps, belly-dumps, and super-10s across Southern Nevada. Our fleet of 100+ trucks mixes ISG employees with owner-operators who dispatch through us. Local hauls, home every night, steady freight off our dispatch board.
Loader operators, scale attendants, and quarry crew at our three ISG-operated pits. Day shifts, real equipment, and a team that trains new hires on the gear instead of throwing them in cold.
Dispatchers coordinate orders across 42 sourced quarry locations, route trucks to the closest pit, and keep drivers and customers talking to each other. High-volume phones, fast decisions, and a real voice on the other end of every call.
Sales, quoting, accounts receivable, quality control, and admin. The team that writes the quote, runs the sieve test, and keeps the paperwork traveling with the load.
